Track Set Speed Right Alongside Flowering Speed

Set speed is now a KPI in Source — no more tracking it in a separate spreadsheet.

What's new

Set speed — how many trusses set per week per stem — is now available as a standard KPI in Source Workspace. Select it in cultivation settings, and it shows up on the KPI page, in the Week overview, and as a crop plan column, right alongside flowering speed. It's calculated from the truss and fruit states your scouts already record in the Plant App, so no new measurement is required.

Why it matters

Read set speed alongside flowering speed to see whether fruit set is keeping up with flowering. When flowering runs ahead of setting, flowers are appearing faster than the plant is converting them into fruit — a gap that's now visible in one place instead of buried in a spreadsheet.

Availability

Live for all tomato cultivations, with the historical backfill filling in across existing cultivations now.
