Share Report Automations With Your Colleagues

Share a report automation with colleagues, and let them run the same report for their own cultivations.

What's new

Every report automation in Insights > Reports now has a Share button. Pick a colleague by name or email and they find the automation under Shared with me on their Reports page. They can read its History and every report it produced, and open View instructions to see exactly what it reports on.

To run it for themselves, they select Make my own copy, pick their cultivations and choose Create and run now, or adjust the instructions first. The original automation stays exactly as it was.

Why it matters

Colleagues on the same cultivation read the same reports in Source, with no forwarded emails or PDFs. A grower who built a good automation passes on the whole setup, and a colleague gets the same report for their own cultivations in two clicks. You stay in control: people you share with can read and copy, but can't change it, run it, or see who it's emailed to.
