Sensor Linking: Connect Your Own Sensors to Greenhouses

Company Admins can now link sensors to greenhouse locations directly in Source, without needing to go through the Source team.

What's new

Sensor Linking is a new self-service page where Company Admins can map sensors to the right greenhouse locations themselves. Drag a sensor onto a greenhouse, set the sensor type, and the link is saved automatically. You can also multi-select and bulk-link several sensors at once.

Why it matters

Until now, every sensor had to be mapped by the Source implementation team. Every change or season rotation meant another round trip. With Sensor Linking, you have direct control over your sensor setup. Correct links mean sensor data lands on the right greenhouse and flows into your cultivation data accurately.

How it works

Go to Company > Sensor Linking and pick a facility. Available sensors appear on the left, greenhouses on the right. Drag to link, set the sensor type (e.g. HPS or LED for lights), and you're done. A green or red dot shows whether each sensor sent data in the last 24 hours, so you can quickly spot any issues. Available now for all Company Admins.
