Sales weeks that match your export, everywhere

Sales Communication and Harvest Forecast Analytics now count weeks the way you sell them, matching your Harvest Forecast and export.

What's new

Sales Communication and Harvest Forecast Analytics now use your sales weeks. Weeks start from each cultivation's Start of sales week and are numbered exactly as in the Harvest Forecast and the Excel export. Each row reads like "Sales week 40 · Sep 25 – Oct 1", and the chart axis and tooltip follow the same format.

Why it matters

The week number you see on screen is the week number you share with your buyer. Everyone looking at the same cultivation sees the same weeks, because the start day comes from the cultivation settings.

How it works

-Set Start of sales week in your cultivation settings, for example Friday.

-Open Harvest > Sales Communication and choose an inventory or a set of cultivations. The actions bar shows Sales week starts on.

-The sales week containing today is marked as current and opens by default. The week range picker and the export use the same weeks.

-If the selected cultivations start their sales week on different days, choose a day in Sales week starts on. The page remembers your choice.

-In Harvest Expectations > Analytics, turn on Use sales week in the page header to see the card in sales weeks. Turn it off to see calendar weeks (Monday to Sunday). It is the same switch as on the Forecast tab.

-The first time, a short notice explains the change. Select Got it to close it.
