The Harvest Overview page has been rebuilt into Sales Communication, giving you a complete picture of how expected harvest translates into what can actually be sold.

What's new

Sales Communication brings together three key data series in one view: harvestable kilos (what your crop plan predicts), realized harvest (what actually came in), and sellable kilos (what your inventory can support). Head growers and sales teams can now see the full harvest-to-sales pipeline without switching between pages or reconciling numbers from different sources.

Why it matters

Until now, the Harvest Overview showed committed harvest but had no concept of sellable stock. Coordinating what was actually available to sell meant separate communication outside the platform. Sales Communication closes that gap by integrating sellable harvest directly into the same view as your harvestable and realized numbers.

How it works

The sellable kilos figure is driven by inventory definitions set up in Sales Communication, not just the crop plan. The chart and weekly breakdown table show all three data series side by side, so you can track how predictions, actuals, and sellable stock align throughout the season.
