Path Mapping: Automated Harvest Data from Priva and Nitea

Your harvest kilos now flow straight from Priva FS and Nitea into Source

If you use Priva FS or Nitea/WorkIT for labor registration, you can now connect your paths directly to Source cultivations. Harvest data that's already in your system is pulled into Source automatically, so you no longer need to enter it twice.

How to set it up:

Go to Cultivation Settings and open the Path Mapping tab. Select your site and path group, then add the specific paths that belong to this cultivation. A quick sanity check: the selected area should be close to your total cultivation area. When you save, Source shows a comparison of your old and new harvest data side by side so you can verify everything looks right before activating.

Once enabled, harvest fields on the Harvest Registration page show the Priva or Nitea logo, confirming the integration is handling those values. Data refreshes hourly during the day, and every night Source pulls the last 14 days to catch any corrections made in your labor registration system.

What gets automated:

For Priva FS customers: realized net harvest (kg). For Nitea/WorkIT customers: net harvest (kg) and waste (kg). All other harvest fields still require manual input for now.

Why this matters:

Manual harvest entry is a daily task that's easy to forget and prone to errors. When the data already exists in your labor system, re-entering it creates unnecessary work and introduces mismatches between systems. Path Mapping eliminates that, giving you cleaner data with less effort.
