Flag Quality Issues on Pepper Fruit

Register damaged pepper fruit in the Plant App, right where you measure.

What’s new

On pepper stems, the fruit panel in the Plant App now has a Quality issue section with four cards: Blossom end rot, Cracked fruit, Sunburn and Other quality issue.

Why it matters

You can now record damaged pepper fruit, for example after a heat wave. Fruit you flag with blossom end rot, cracked fruit or another quality issue is left out of the pepper plant load and fruit metrics that count only fruit without quality issues, so your numbers reflect the healthy crop.

How it works

-Update the Plant App on your iPad to see the new section.

-Open a pepper stem and tap a fruit, or select a range of fruits.

-In the fruit panel, under Quality issue, tap a card.

-A badge appears on the fruit in the digital twin, and the fruit keeps its development stage.

-To clear it, tap the selected card again.

Available on all pepper cultivations (bell, conical and snack pepper), in the Plant App on iPad, v2.46.4 and up.
