Email scheduled reports to your whole team

Send scheduled reports to anyone by email, no Source account needed

What's new

You can now email a scheduled report to up to ten people, including people who don't use Source. Every time the report runs, daily or weekly, they get the full report in the body of an email, charts included.

To set it up, open the report in Insights > Reports. Go to Schedule and delivery and add the email addresses under Who receives it.

-Choose the email language: English, Dutch, German, Spanish, French, Polish or Russian.

-Emails show your name as the sender, and replies come straight to you.

-Each email has an Unsubscribe link. It stops that one report, and recipients don't need a Source account to use it.

-To see who got a report and whether it was sent, hover over it in History.

Only reports that run on their schedule are emailed. If you start a report yourself with Run, only you get it.

Why it matters

Managers and buyers get the numbers on a regular schedule without logging in to Source. Nobody has to forward reports by hand every week anymore.

Availability

Live now for all crops, for anyone who owns a scheduled report. You add recipients in the Source web app.
