Ask Source Now Answers From Your Own SOPs

Ask Source can now answer from your company’s own procedures, so its answers match the way your team grows.

What’s new
A new Ask Source knowledge tab in Company settings lets you add your SOPs, labor instructions and grower notes to Source. Ask Source searches them, answers from them first and links the document it used.

Why it matters
Companies asked for a way to give Ask Source their own way of working. Now every answer can reflect your company’s procedures, not only Source’s general guidance. One upload serves the whole team in every chat, on web and mobile, and each answer links back to the document it came from so you can check the source.

How it works
Go to Settings > Company settings > Ask Source knowledge. Upload a file (PDF, Word, PowerPoint, text or Markdown) or write a document directly in Ask Source, then choose whether it applies to your whole company or to specific facilities. Once the status shows Ready, Ask Source starts using it in its answers. You can also attach a PDF or Word file in a chat and ask Ask Source to add it.

Company Owners and Admins manage all documents, and Head Growers manage documents for their facilities.
